As a special being who can wield multiple Eikon powers while inhabiting Ifrit, Ultima calls Clive a Mythos. Mythos is a Greek word that means 'that which is spoken or narrated' and it refers to myths and legends.
Ultima created the human race with the intention of producing beings similar to Clive. After an extensive period of time, Clive was eventually born and came to be viewed as a being that can possess limitless power.
