Why Charger Jewels on the Shrapnel build?? As far as i know, LBGs dont have any charged attacks or anything similar

Fore Sticky, B***arios LBG is an option. It RFs Sticky 1 for a free 40% bonus damage that can be further boosted by Rapid Fire Up (and you can use the Cluster eff 1 ramp up). A Spare Shot 2 charm and Pukei Bracers will let you keep Spare Shot 2 and use Wroggi armor for RFU.
