Strong tempered monsters occasionally drop spiritvein gems. Monsters like Rathalos, Diablos, and Fulgur Anjanath give Spiritvein Gems. The stronger the Tempered the stronger the Gem. For the Great Spiritvein Gems you have to kill tempered elders. HAPPY HUNTING!
