My friends save disappeared completely for no reason. He's not even the first person this has happend to so what should he do to recover his save? Is there anything that can be done?

Same thing has been happening to me. No matter what I get frenzy, even in the training area. Tried pretty much everything to get it fixed by now, so unfortunately I’ve got no solutions other than sitting around and hoping it’s eventually taken care of in a bug fix.
There is random delay between bowgun shots despite spamming the button

After the quest "Grabbin' Life by the Horns" (Master Utsushi's Follower Quest to hunt a Rajang in the Jungle), when speaking to him in the Gathering Hub he refers to Fugen as 'Fuges'. My assumption here is that this is a spelling error rather than a nickname Utsushi has for the Elder.
The Master rank (M5) question of the elder dragons randomly checks and unchecks. I have completed all 3 (Kushala, Teostra, and Chameleos), but it is a toss up on whether they are marked as completed.
11.0.2 broke my save on the Switch. I spawn in Elgado with no gear and two random buddies each time. No access to even my supply chest, like I’m just starting the game and I’m spawned in a place I shouldn’t be. If I do anything that prompts an auto save, I get booted after an error message. Tried everything from turning the console off, re-downloading save, re-downloading the game to reformatting the memory. No hacks or cheats. Everything was fine before the update.
Slaying the requested afflicted monster has not ticked up the Request Completion Reward counter in three hunts now.
Charge Blade Weapon: Elendskraft+
The above weapon shows purple sharpness, however, once forged and wield, the maximum sharpness is only White.
Kindly clarify if this is a bug from Capcom or not.
Marionette Spider:
Recently a bug occured 2 or 3 times. As i used the spider right as the monster wanted to leave not only my spider was used but the 2nd spider in my inventory disappeared with it. Any1 had the same issue?
Anomaly level is stuck at 46. I can't get any research points. Amount needed is stuck at 0

Anytime I try to go to kamura village this error code appears and kicks me out the game.
On Switch, while playing duo party and selecting anomaly investigations with join request, no 3rd/4th will join.
When Crafting the diablos lance, it shows that it has purple sharpness but upon use, it only goes up to white sharpness.
every time I join a SOS or quest(or lobby for that matter) it will say communication error followed by "the quest has already ended". This happens even if the quest has not ended, i've tried everything from restarting the switch, the internet, changing character, changing switch accounts. My NAT type is B and I have really good internet so I don't think it's a connection issue as other games don't have this problem.
I’ve hunted silver rath three times now and each time I’ve gotten 1-2 gleams and yet when I check my box I only have one. Anyone know what the heck this could be besides a bug??
When I'm in a lobby with my husband, no one joins our quests. We can play with other people when we aren't in a lobby but in a lobby we can't play with anyone else.
On switch version of the game, everytime i go into my equipment loadouts, the game crashes immediately. I can change my armor, weapons, and decos manually just fine but i cant change through loadouts because it crashes as soon as its in the loadouts menu
