① Go To The Gate Front

From the Gate Front, go outside of the Site of Grace's barrier.
② Stormhill Shack

Go to the Site of Grace at the Gate Front at the ragged shop in the hill. If there is an NPC woman, the fragment will not be acquired if she will not move.
③ In Stormveil Castle

Located at the Stormveil Castle dungeon. Go straight ahead before you reach the boss' area.
④ Fringefolk Hero's Grave

The Stranded Grave can be reached by using the two Stonesword Key in the stone statue inside the Fringefolk Hero's Grave. Golden Seed can be obtained after defeating the Ulcerated Tree Spirit that is located at the far end. You can also get the Erdtree's Favor at the Fringefolk Hero's Grave.

In the Weeping Peninsula, in the Castle Morne, located on the Southside of Limgrave, and if it's your first time, just go straight towards the south.
⑥ Fort Haight

You can get the Golden Seed in the Fort Haight, located on the east side of Limgrave. You have to go through a barricade in order to enter the building.

① Third Church of Marika

There is the Third Church of Marika that is located on the central-east side of Limgrave, coming from the Gate Front you can go towards east.
② Church of Pilgrimage

Located at the top part of the Weeping Peninsula. Enter the forest and go towards the west. Once you spot a hill, climb above to the open area.
③ Fourth Church of Marika

Located at the hill on the west side of the Weeping Peninsula. Go down the hill in order to enter the west area, then go straight to the plains going to the top of the hill.
④ Callu Baptismal Church

Callu Baptismal Church is located at the Southside of the Limgrave.
In the Weeping Peninsula, at the southern part of Limgrave you will find a Bridge of Sacrifice, where you will need to go up to the hill then head south. It is also easier to go up using a spirit horse.⑤ Church Of Irith

The Church of Irith is located at the Site of Grace, nearby Lake-Facing cliffs. Coming from Limgrave, you can go straight without clearing the Stormveil Castle and go around the area until you reach the narrow cliff located at the west side of the castle.
