The Third Church Of Marika is located in the far east side of Limgrave. Although the distance is quite far, the journey is worth it since you will find items that can be used to enhance the effects of the flask.

Pick Up The Sacred Tear
After entering the Third Church Of Marika, check under the statue at the back and pick up the Sacred Tear. The Sacred Tear is an item that can be used after resting at a Site of Grace, and increase the restorative effects of a sacred flask.
Obtain The Flask Of Wondrous Physick
Along with the Sacred Tear, you should also pick up the Flask of Wondrous Physick, which can also be found in the church. You can use this special flask by combining two types of Crystal Tears that can be found on Minor Erdtrees in various locations.
Combining Is Done At A Site Of Grace
You can mix the Flask Of Wondrous Physick in any Site of Grace. It has been confirmed that some combinations does not only recover HP but can also increase damage output.
