This spear increases HP, Shield Values, and grants the powerful [△DMG III] buff anytime the wearer grants themselves a shield, making it a perfect fit for Clara. However, there aren't that many characters who can satisfy all of these conditions simultaneously, so we recommend holding off if you aren't interested in pulling Clara.
