Rogneda's Character Overview

Versatile and Mobile Attacker

Rogneda has 5 Move, [Jump] [Climb], and several Movement skills, making Rogneda highly mobile. She also has a unique transformation called [Goldenlion Form], as well as numerous powerful Passives, making her a versatile Attacker with impressive DMG numbers.

Stacks Trigger Goldenlion Form

Rogneda accumulates stacks of Lion's Blood when attacking or at the start of battle. By accumulating 10 stacks, she enters [Goldenlion Form] while dealing damage to her surroundings. During [Goldenlion Form], she can use her Trait Skill [Luccian Blood Forever!] every turn before ending her action, unleashing extremely powerful attacks.

Particularly Effective in Luccia Content

Rogneda's Trait grants [Advanced Wardpiercer], which allows her to ignore the [Primal Ward] buff often used by enemies in the new Luccia content. Since Rogneda also ignores 40% DEF, she can deal effective DMG to enemies with a lot of DEF. Additionally, she can also inflict [Ward Broken] with [Luccian Blood Forever!] once she enters her [Golden Lion] form.

Flexible Single-Target and AoE Builds

Despite requiring extra Castalia, Rogneda excels against both groups and single-targets. She is highly survivable and doesn't require NRG, meaning she isn't as reliant on supports compared to the typical attacker. This flexibility is one of her strong points.

Be Mindful of Positions and Overkill DMG

Rogneda performs consistently even when spamming skills or when using Auto. However, you can maximize Rogneda by utilizing her knockback effects intentionally and being mindful of Overkill DMG and attack ranges when [Raging Overflow] is equipped.

Use Skills Intentionally

It is important to land the AoE damage after [Skybreaker Barrage]'s Knockback, and to ensure the Pursuit from [Sundering Slugger] hits (which triggers if the target is within 3 tiles after the 4-tile Knockback) by aiming for a Collision to stop the target from moving too far.

Being Mindful of Overkill DMG

When [Raging Overflow] is equipped, if the damage dealt by a [Martial Art] exceeds the enemy's remaining HP, you can deal M.DMG + Piercing DMG equal to the excess amount to enemies within 2-tiles. Try to utilize this as much as possible, as it can allow you to deal massive damage to a wide area.

Identify Ideal Conditions

Even with DMG reduction, Rogneda lacks [Dodge] or Shields, so don't overestimate her durability in hard content. Since she is magic-focused, it can sometimes be difficult for her to deal effective damage against shielded enemies. Therfore, despite being powerful, it's still important to identify the ideal conditions for Rogneda.
