Durable AoE Attacker

Parsifal's Trait and Passives grant defensive numerous defensive utilities such as Life Steal, DMG Reduction, and [Resolve]. Additionally, building up stacks of his [Curse Mark] triggers a transformation that significantly boosts his offensive performance. While these effects make Parsifal a viable attacker in most content, he excels when used as a front-line unit that utilizes AoE attacks.

Curse Mark Stacking Mechanic

Sword of Convallaria (SoC) - Curse Mark effects

At the end of his turn or by using certain Skills, Parsifal accumulates [Curse Marks], which can be consumed through his Trait to transition into the [Cursed Armor: Punishment] form, which significantly boosts his offensive performance.

While in this state, [Curse Marks] are consumed whenever he attacks or triggers a [Strike Back]. Once all [Curse Marks] are depleted, he must build them up again before re-entering the state. Because of this, it is important to plan How and When to stack or use [Curse Mark]s.

Revives Once with Resolve

When defeated for the first time, Parsifal's Trait triggers [Resolve], which also triggers the [Blood Offering – Finale] effect. While under this effect, he gains the same benefits as [Cursed Armor: Punishment] and can continue fighting until he runs out of Curse Marks, or if he is defeated again, or when the effect expires after 2 turns.

Although this is a powerful effect, unlike the [Unlimited Resolve] possessed by characters such as Alexei or Tristan, it does not grant immunity to defeat for a fixed number of turns.

Multiple Viable Builds

[Cursed Blade: Whirling Twist], which is enhanced with 4 or more Curse Mark stacks during [Cursed Armor: Punishment], has a total multiplier of 300% and a significantly increased Crit Rate, making Parsifal effective as a single-target attacker.

Furthermore, a Strike Back setup is also possible with the Reaction [Bloodstained Thorns] and the Passive [Soul-Corroded Corpse], making Parsifal a flexible character that can perform in a variety of stages.

Max Potential Needs More NRG

Since Parsifal's main Skills have no CD and high NRG costs, providing additional NRG is essential for maximum DMG. Parsifal can recover his own NRG with the Passive [Scythe of Defilement], but this takes up a skill slot for either the powerful damage-boosting Passive [Cursed Blade - Bloodshed] or the movement & Curse Mark-gaining Skill [Raging Flame Shadow Assault]. Therefore, it's highly recommended to support him with other characters or Tactical Skills if possible.
