Supports Allies by Placing Cuisine

Senshi can place the Item "Cuisine" at the start of battle or with the Skill [It's Mealtime!]. Allies around the Cuisine gain various effects such as HP recovery and Skill CD reduction, and with [Responsibility] equipped, it can also apply debuffs to enemies. By being mindful of fighting around the Cuisine, you can always fight with an advantage.
Cuisine Effect DetailsHow to Place Cuisine and Its Effects
How to Place Cuisine | - Summons 1 at the start of battle - Use [It's Mealtime!] to summon 1 within 1-3 tiles - Counted as an [Item] - Can be Knockbacked |
Cuisine Effects | - Recovers a certain amount of HP for allies within 2 tiles at the end of their turn - A certain chance to gain [Happiness] and [Fullness] for 2 turns (Application chance: 1-4 stars: 30%, 5-stars: 100%.) Happiness effect: Buff. All Skills' NRG consumption -1. When activated, CD -1 turn, removed after any action. Fullness effect: Debuff. Prevents [Cuisine] effects from activating. Cannot be removed, cannot be nullified. |

When Senshi's own Cuisine effect activates, gain 1 stack of [Senshi's Satisfaction] & NRG +1 |
Move Cuisine with Knockback
[Cuisine] can be moved with Knockbacks after being placed. The Basic Attack [Pot Slam!] has an effect that allows Senshi to [Act Again] after attacking an Item, so you can move the Cuisine and then act again. To bring out Senshi's true potential, always be mindful of the Cuisine's position as it is crucial.
Durable and Uses Assisting Cover
By equipping the Reaction [Eat Well], you can gain the [Assisting Cover] effect, which protects allies from single-target attacks when you are within 2 tiles of Cuisine. With high durability from other Skills like [Iron Pot], you can protect allies, making you particularly good at tanking attacks from enemy Defenders.
Buffs Attacks with "Senshi's Satisfaction"

While Senshi is a character who excels at support and defense, by accumulating stacks of the [Senshi's Satisfaction] buff, his attack power will skyrocket for a single attack. While providing support, initiate an attack once the stacks are full. Additionally, you can gain a certain number of [Senshi's Satisfaction] stacks at the start of battle at 3-stars or higher, or through Skills like [Responsibility], [The Smell of Cooking], and [Iron Pot].
Conditionally Powerful
This character can turn the battle to in your favor with various buffs and [Cuisine], while also being able to attack with a powerful blow when [Senshi's Satisfaction] stacks are accumulated. However, if you neglect to manage the Cuisine's position and the number of stacks, you won't be able to bring out Senshi's true potential, so be mindful of setting up the right conditions.

Priority Skills
Skill | Priority and Details |
---|---|
![]() | ★★★★★ A Basic Attack that has a Knockback effect and allows Senshi to [Act Again] if the target is an [Item]. This Basic Attack works well with Senshi, who fights by utilizing [Cuisine], so you should generally equip this Basic Attack. |
![]() | ★★★★★ A crucial Skill that grants powerful buffs to allies and summons [Cuisine], the cornerstone of Senshi's support. Without equipping [Responsibility], it has 1-turn preparation and [Skips the turn] effects, so you should generally equip them together. |
![]() | ★★★★★ An excellent Passive that removes the 1-turn preparation and [Skips the turn] effects of [It's Mealtime!]. If you are not attacking, it also has an effect that grants [Senshi's Satisfaction] and buffs that increase attack, so prioritize equipping it. |
![]() | ★★★★★ A Basic Attack that deals high damage. If you have stacks of [Senshi's Satisfaction], it will deal even more damage, so keep that in mind. |
![]() | ★★★★ A Reaction that greatly increases durability and grants an Assisting Cover effect when within 2 tiles of [Cuisine]. Essential if you plan to use Senshi defensively. |
![]() | ★★★★ Has an effect that strengthens allies and weakens enemies around [Cuisine], allowing you to create an advantageous area. Since fighting around [Cuisine] is essential, this is a Skill you'll especially want to equip against bosses or single-targets. |
![]() | ★★★★ A Skill that grants [Senshi's Satisfaction] while greatly reducing front and side damage. It has a rare effect that allows you to change Senshi's direction when used, virtually immunizing him against attacks to the rear. |
Skill | Priority and Details |
---|---|
![]() | ★★★ Has a rare effect that reduces damage taken when taking Fire damage or magic damage. It also has an effect that nullifies the very troublesome Scorch and Burning panels on some stages, making it very effective depending on the stage. |
![]() | ★★★ An excellent Skill that creates powerful Burn panels. It can also hinder enemies, making it particularly powerful against multiple targets. |
![]() | ★★★ Although its multiplier is lower than [Powerful Attack], the DoT DMG from [Scorch] can sometimes be higher. However, since Scorch is often nullified, especially against most bosses and powerful enemies, and also since Senshi doesn't have many opportunities to attack, so you should generally equip [Powerful Attack] which has a higher multiplier. |
![]() | ★★ If you need Knockback, use the Basic Attack [Pot Slam!]. This is Senshi's Skill with the highest DMG multiplier, so equip it when prioritizing damage above all else. |
![]() | ★★ A Passive that increases Senshi's attack power if there are allies or Items nearby. It's a viable option to equip when focusing solely on attacking rather than supporting allies. |
![]() | ★★ Senshi's only AoE P.ATK Skill. If [Senshi's Satisfaction] is stacked, it can deal high area damage, so equip it when focusing on offense against multiple enemies. |
![]() | ★ It's an option to equip when focusing on single-target attacks and defensive buffs. However, its priority is low because there are many other Skills you'll want to equip. |
Recommended Gear, Tarots, & Engravings
Recommended Weapons for Senshi
![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
The Hollow Axe is especially recommended for Assisting Cover builds; if you also want to attack, consider the Feast Axe. It is compatible with many Weapons, and the Knockback-specialized Denial Hammer and the buff-removing Tuning Hammer are also useful.
Recommended Trinkets for Senshi
![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
When using Assisting Cover, choose Trinkets that increase durability, such as Mystery Guardian or Cooling Powder. If you also want to attack, Trinkets that increase stats or the Breath-Concealing Ring are recommended.
Recommended Tarots for Senshi
![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
For an Assisting Cover build, equip the Hermit Tarot to reduce damage taken. If you want to use Senshi offensively, equip Tarots that increases attacks, such as the Hierophant or the Magician.
Recommended Engravings for Senshi
Resonance | Effect |
---|---|
![]() ![]() | Before actively attacking, for each 1 tile traversed, increases ATK and DEF by 4%, up to 12%. The effect lasts until the start of the next turn, |
![]() ![]() | At the end of the turn, there is a 50% chance to gain [Engraving Resonance]. Effect: When using an [active skill] next time, refunds the NRG consumed and resets the CD. The skill effect has a CD of 4 turns. (Does not trigger in real-time combat. The effect changes to increasing HP, ATK and DEF by 5%) |
![]() ![]() | Decreases physical DMG taken by 15%. |
Depending on your goal, use Engravings like "Sword + Wand" to increase stats, "Wand + Pentacle" or "Wand + Cup" to reduce damage taken, or "Wand + Cup" to reduce CD/NRG Cost to 0.
