Dispels Debuffs
This weapon grants a large 15% bonus to both HP and Healing effects. But more importantly, it grants the user the ability to dispel debuffs. This allows the user to virtually guarantee healing since it can remove effects such as no healing received, or DoTs. Since there are virtually no other Healer characters that use Axes, this weapon fits perfectly for the character that it was designed for, Cocoa, as it allows her to dispel buffs, which she cannot do on her own.
