Xavier Pros and Strength
Clash Defender
A RK 11 Xavier can one shot the entire enemy team when he is set as a Defender in your PvP/Clash Lineup. By combining [Spear of Iria] and [Falling Commet Dash], Xavier will always take his turn before the enemy, and if the attacking player places his units too close to one another, Xavier can sweep their entire team with a well-placed [Falling Commet Dash].
Equip Double-Sided Halberd
To maximize Xavier's one shot teamwipe potential, equip Xavier with the Double-Sided Halberd as well as The Magician Tarot. Both of these equips synergize well with AoE attacks and will help Xavier reach the enemy HP threshold for that satisfying one shot.
Physical Glass Cannon
Xavier has very high offensive potential, but his defensive stats and HP are sorely lacking for him to be viable in high-level content. This is because due to the fact that maximizing Xavier's offensive potential means sacrificing a portion of his defensive stats with [Risky Move]. This implies that Xavier is best played as a sweeper. This way, you can eliminate multiple enemies while giving Xavier the best chance to survive for his next turns.

Star upgrades don’t increase the AoE damage from Xavier’s trait—they only boost his attack power when enemies are nearby. While this bonus is fairly strong, it doesn’t drastically change how he plays, so his upgrade priority is on the lower side. You should consider upgrading him based on how often you use him in your team.

This is a build specialized in the AoE Skill [Falling Comet Dash]. Since you can't deal significant damage by attacking from the 1st turn, on the 1st turn, apply buffs from allies and Trinkets, and on the 2nd turn, let's deal massive damage to a group of enemies with [Falling Comet Dash].
