High Movement Distance Refunds NRG & CD
This Weapon unconditionally increases Crit Rate and ATK, and when your total movement distance (including from movement Skills) exceeds a certain threshold, it refunds the CD and NRG cost of your next non-[Instant] Skill to 0, and also increases [Critical Damage].
This Weapon is a great fit for characters with high Move stats or movement-based Skills. It’s especially powerful for characters with potent Skills that have long cooldowns or high NRG costs, since it allows them to be used two turns in a row.
