The combination of Outlaw Guards skills and passives makes him one of the most cost-effective units that you can bring with you for Weapon Trials II and III. Burning Bridges allows him to deal decent damage to the boss every turn while also applying the effects of [Rupture Armor] and [Intimidate].
Stay beside boss and keep attacking
By keeping Outlaw Guard positioned next to the boss, this guarantees that he will apply the [▽ ATK II] from Intimidate onto the boss. You will then want to keep attacking the boss everyturn with [Burning Bridges] to apply increased DMG and [▽ P.DEF II] indefinitely.
