A DPS/Support Hybrid Best Suited for Sustain Parties
While she works well as a DPS/Support hybrid in any party, her damage output increases the longer the battle lasts, making her especially well-suited for Sustain parties. Her pre-Awakening performance is modest, but she's a hero built around her excellent Awakening Passive.

Shoud Aris Be Awakened?
Worth Awakening Second After Clemyth
She is highly versatile as both an Attacker and Support, but is especially recommended for sustain comps. Among sustain heroes, she is the next character worth Awakening after Clemyth. Since her performance depends on Awakening, you'll want to Awaken her before using her in PvP.

Up to 2 Characters Can Progress Simultaneously
Fragment Restoration missions can be progressed for up to 2 characters at a time. If you want to start Fragment missions for a different character, you'll need to pause one of the active missions and switch to the new one.
Point! | Progress is saved even if you pause. |

What is Awakening?Aris (Awakening) Strength and Features
The First Hero with an Awakening Passive
Aris is the first hero with an Awakening Passive. When the Awakening Gauge is full, it activates automatically, after which the gauge decreases by 33% at the end of her turn. The effect continues after Revive as long as the gauge isn't empty, but it will stop once it reaches 0.
Tips! | The gauge increases by 3 when taking damage, which helps somewhat, but maintaining the effect continuously is difficult. It also decreases from Rudy's Awakening Gauge reduction effect. |
|---|
Gains More Damage Output as the Battle Drags On
Every time she takes a hit, her Damage Boost and Physical Attack increase, stacking up to 6% per hit for up to 30 times at Transcendence 6, making her damage output grow the longer the battle lasts. This also increases the chance of triggering consecutive activations on Skill 1, which is another major strength.
Buff Duration Reduction on Block Is Also Powerful
The Awakening Passive's Incoming Healing Reduction + Block Rate Reduction are strong tools against Sustain Mirrors, and the Buff Duration Reduction on Block lets you repeatedly shorten the enemy's timed buffs. Balancing offensive stats and Block Rate in your equipment is key for this hero.
Great Synergy with Radgrid
She can generate Barriers for the frontline when her skill activates, which helps compensate for Radgrid's weakness of not being able to generate Barriers until taking 3 hits. Their synergy is excellent, so pairing them together is highly recommended.
High Flexibility and Importance in Equipment Choice
The main equipment options are Gatekeeper, Bounty Tracker, and Assassin sets. Each set has its own strengths, but since Transcendence already boosts Attack, Damage Taken Reduction, and HP in a balanced way, you'll need your gear to compensate — prioritize DPS for Sustain Mirrors, or durability for Physical/Magic matchups.
See Best Equipment DetailsWeaker Performance Before Awakening and Early in Battle
Aris's main weakness is her modest performance before Awakening and in the early stages of battle. She's a hero that should be Awakened before using in PvP.
Best Build for Aris (Awakening)
Best Equipment Sets
| Set | Why It's Recommended |
|---|---|
Gatekeeper | - Increases chance of triggering On Block effects - Best for countering Physical/Magic parties |
Bounty Tracker | - Targets low HP enemies, making Skill 1 consecutive activations easier - Best for boosting DPS performance |
Assassin | - Great synergy between the Awakening Passive's Ignore Defense and the 4-set effect - Especially effective for Sustain Mirror matchups |
The best set for Aris depends on whether you prioritize On Block effects, Skill 1 consecutive activations, or the Awakening Passive's Ignore Defense. Choose your gear to match the current PvP meta.
Gatekeeper Set (Defensive Build)
| Set | Main Stat Options | Sub Stat Options |
|---|---|---|
Gatekeeper | 【Weapon】 - Defense (%) - All Attack (%) - Crit Rate - Weakness Hit Chance 【Armor】 - Damage Taken Reduction - Block Rate | - Block Rate - Defense (%) - All Attack (%) - HP (%) - Effect Resistance - Crit Rate - Weakness Hit Chance - Speed |
Gatekeeper is recommended if you prioritize On Block effects. Block Rate is naturally important, but Defense (which also boosts damage output) and Attack (which increases Barrier durability) are both effective choices.
If you also want to focus on DPS, consider raising Crit Rate or Weakness Hit Chance.
Gatekeeper Set - Best Characters to EquipBounty Tracker Set (Weakness Hit Build)
| Set | Main Stat Options | Sub Stat Options |
|---|---|---|
Bounty Tracker | 【Weapon】 - Crit Rate - Weakness Hit Chance 【Armor】 - Damage Taken Reduction - All Attack (%) - Block Rate | - Crit Rate - Weakness Hit Chance - All Attack (%) - Block Rate - Defense (%) - Effect Resistance - HP (%) - Speed |
Bounty Tracker is recommended if you prioritize DPS performance. Raising Weakness Hit Chance lets you target low HP enemies, making Skill 1 consecutive activations easier to trigger.
Focus on Crit Rate, Weakness Hit Chance, and Attack, while using defensive stats when needed.
Bounty Tracker Set - Best Characters to EquipAssassin Set (Crit Build)
| Set | Main Stat Options | Sub Stat Options |
|---|---|---|
Assassin | 【Weapon】 - Crit Rate - Weakness Hit Chance 【Armor】 - Damage Taken Reduction - All Attack (%) - Block Rate | - Crit Rate - Weakness Hit Chance - All Attack (%) - Block Rate - Defense (%) - Effect Resistance - HP (%) - Speed |
The Awakening Passive's Ignore Defense synergizes well with the Assassin's 4-set effect. Assassin is especially recommended for Sustain Mirror matchups. The stat options are the same as Bounty Tracker, but prioritize Crit Rate even more.

Legendary Rings
| Best Rings to Equip | ||
|---|---|---|
Ring of Resurrection | Ring of Immortality | Ring of Authority |

Since she has high durability and tends to build Block Rate — and since she already has Revive through her passive — the top priority ring to equip is the Guts Ring. Immortality is also a viable option, but skip the Revive Ring.

Aris (Awakening) - Enhancement & Transcendence
Aris (Awakening) Enhancement Priority Quick Reference Table
| Potential | Transcendence | Skill Enhancement | Awakening |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
For Potential and Transcendence, it is recommended to prioritize heroes at the top of the Best Hero Tier List who are versatile across all content. Since resources for Skill Enhancement are limited, choose the order of enhancement by comparing them with heroes of similar priority.
Aris (Awakening) - Recommended Hero Potentials
| Potential | Priority/Remarks |
|---|---|
Attack | :Top Priority Enhancement Boosting an attacker's Attack stat significantly impacts Arena win rate and PvE scores, so we recommend enhancing this as a top priority. |
Defense | :Prioritize Enhancement Not the top priority, but this stat has a strong impact on win rate and scores. |
HP | :Prioritize Enhancement Not the top priority, but this stat has a strong impact on win rate and scores. |
To unlock a Legendary Hero's Potential, a total of 3,000 Heart's Fires and 180 corresponding Uncommon Rank Up Materials are required per stat.

Transcendence 7-12 | :Low Priority Increases All Attack, Defense, and HP by 2% |
Transcendence 2 adds consecutive activations when Skill 1 defeats an enemy, and Transcendence 6 increases the Damage Boost on being hit from 2% to 6% (stackable up to 30 times). The more you Transcend, the higher her DPS — and it directly impacts win rate, so if you're using her in PvP, aim for Transcendence 6 and push Transcendence as much as possible.

Transcendence GuideAris - Recommeded Skill Enhancement

▲Awakening Skill | :Enhance if You Use It |
Since Awakening requires Skill Enhancement, Skill Enhancement priority before Awakening is high. The Awakening Passive's Enhancement increases Incoming Healing Reduction and Block Rate Reduction values, making it useful against durability mirror matches — Enhancement is recommended.
