Should You Pull for Skuld and Silvesta?

Pull for Skuld if Focusing on PvP

Skuld is one of the first Awakened heroes and is a supporter you'll definitely want to include in your Magic team. Since Awakened heroes have higher overall performance than regular heroes, she is a hero worth pulling if you prioritize PvP.

Excellent T2/T6 Effects; T6 Required for Awakening

At Transcendence 2, she heals HP when HP is 50% or below. At Transcendence 6, her Damage Nullification from consuming Thread of Fate increases from 2 to 4 times, and she can remove 3 debuffs. Transcendence is a high priority because it increases her durability and is mandatory for Awakening.

Ideally Transcend Silvesta to T6 if Resources Allow

Silvesta has also received an Awakening, which significantly boosts his performance. He excels in both PvP and PvE as an Ignore Defense attacker resistant to Crowd Control. Skuld is a higher priority, but aim for T6 for Silvesta if you have enough resources.

Pulling Assumes Transcendence to T6

His performance remains largely unchanged without Awakening, and he has few uses in that state. Therefore, pulling him assumes you will reach T6 to Awaken him. If you already have other attackers, you don't necessarily need to pull, but if you are close to T6, now is a good time to acquire him.

Skuld is an excellent debuffer for magic teams and is especially effective in PvP. She's great in the arena, and her awakened skill targets three enemies, making her even more powerful in guild battles.

Sylvester is a wide-area magic attacker that ignores defense. He is especially effective in PvE and PvP battles where there are 5 enemies, making it easy to utilize his wide-area attacks.

Skuld's Impact on the Meta

Magic Teams Significantly Strengthened

With the release of Skuld and her Awakening, Magic teams are expected to see a major boost. Since Awakened heroes have higher overall performance than regular heroes, the environment is likely to revolve around Magic teams until more Awakened heroes are added.

Tank Teams Become Difficult to Use

Skuld's HP Alteration paired with Unable to Recover is highly effective against sustain heroes like Sun Wukong, and her Barrier durability reduction counters tanky heroes like Radgrid. As Skuld becomes more common, Tank teams will become much harder to play.

Silvesta's Impact on the Meta

Contributes to Magic Meta Alongside Skuld

His post-awakening CC immunity and full skill cooldown resets are currently unique, making him a high-probability inclusion in Magic teams alongside Skuld. He is another hero that will help drive the Magic-dominant meta.

Skuld has a formation effect for 3 Magic-type heroes, so it is recommended to pair her with Magic heroes. Melia is especially recommended as she allows the additional effects of Magic Vulnerability to be active at all times.

Alternatives include Freyja, O'Mok, and Reginleif

Skuld can be replaced by Freyja or O'Mok for HP Alteration attacks, or Reginleif for Magic Vulnerability on basic attacks. However, she remains hard to replace due to her Barrier durability reduction and the fact that she can be Awakened.
