Take The Quest At Kechi Village
To start this quest, travel to the Kechi in Izuhara region, where it can be found on near the northern river, west of Jade Hills. You will find a crying woman, Saki in this town. Talk to her to start the quest.

When you complete The Laughing Bandit side quest, you'll get a minor Legend increase, a Minor Melee Charm , and some Linen.

The entire area will be heavily guarded with multiple bandits. Although they are relatively easy to take down, the sheer number of them may put you in difficult situation. Try to use stealth to chip away at their numbers.
