Advancing The Story Locks The Previous Areas For A Time
Once you finish the final mission of Act II, "From the Darkness", you won't be able to go back to both Izuhara and Toyotama (the first 2 areas) for most of Act III. If you want to finish the game with good items and equipment, complete the side quests first before proceeding. You can only get back to these locations after finishing the mission "Heart of the Jito".
