1. Heading To The Forge - Tips
Forge Location
The Forge is located in the western part of Tsushima. It's Northwest of Cloud Pass, and East of the Black Sands Inlet. Use the guiding wind to help you get to the area.

Use The Grappling Hook
The grappling hook will allow you to scale the cliffs. Attach it to high ledges or branches with the red and white cloth to climb walls, and swing over large gaps.
5~19. Fighting Mongols - Tips
Use Different Stances For Enemies
This mission is full of fights against Mongol soldiers. There will also be a variety of different enemy types that you need to face. Make sure to choose the most effective stance to deal with the different enemies in the castle!

Your resolve is a useful tool which will be important in this mission. If you find yourself low on health and surrounded by enemies, use it to heal yourself. If you are faced with a tough foe, use resolve to perform a devastating attack!

With the sheer amount of enemies that you need to fight, it would be best to prioritize your safety rather than going all-out. Play defensively and use counters or parries to gain the upper hand against your enemies!

Drop Down From The Bridge
There is an opening to the right side of the bridge. You can jump down and follow the linear path to get around the gate. You will need to use your grappling hook to get across some large gaps, and scale high walls.
Shadow Of The Samurai - Boss Fight Tips
Parry & Counter Ryuzo's Attacks For Opening
If timed correctly, most of the attacks that Ryuzo hurls at you can be parried and countered. Anticipate his first strike, and follow up with several attacks. Should you miss a parry, get some distance to get your bearings and try again.

Ryuzo will sometimes use powerful unblockable attacks to break your defense. These unblockable attacks will be indicated by a red mark when used. When you see this mark, dodge away and get away from his reach.
Blue Mark Indicates A Powerful Thrust
Ryuzo will also use a thrust attack with a very long reach. His thrust attack will be telegraphed with a white-blue mark. When you see him prepping for this attack, get ready to block or dodge side ways.
