Take The Quest At Akashima Village
To start this quest, travel to Akashima Village, found in Toyotama region. Enter talk to Norio, the warrior monk to start the quest.

2. Searching For Mongols - Tips
Track Footprints Leading From The Waypoint
Once at the waypoint, you will need to track down the Mongols that have captured the Monks. Look for footprints in the dirt patch, and follow it into the woods. Footprints will always be marked on dirt paths.
3. Defeating The Mongol Capturers - Tips
Defend The Monks When Prompted
The Mongols may attempt to kill the hostages while in battle. When you see a red skull mark, rush over to the point and defeat the assaulter before the hostage is attacked. The mission will fail when a hostage is killed.
4. Fight Together With Norio - Tips
Norio will join in on the fight when the Mongol reinforcements arrive. He will take aggro off of some Mongol enemies, and attack them. When the enemy is facing away from you, slip a few strikes while they are distracted with Norio.
