1. Heading To Komatsu Forge - Tips
Komatsu Forge Location
Players who have immediately started this quest after the previous main quest will already be in the area. If you need to travel to Komatsu Forge, it will be Northwest of Cloud Pass, and East of the Black Sands Inlet.Check Out The Map Guide Here!
3. Talking To Taka - Tips
Receive The Grappling Hook
Talking to Taka will give you the grappling hook or "kaginawa". This useful tool will allow you to scale otherwise un-climbable walls and cross large gaps!
8. Reaching The Cliffside - Tips
Use The Grappling Hook To Progress
Keep an eye out for stones and branches with white and red cloths. These are points where you can attach the grappling hook to. You will be able to climb up walls, and cross large gaps while trying to reach the cliffside!
9. Freeing The Prisoners - Tips
Watch Out For Mongol Patrols
Mongols will be patrolling the area. Make sure to take them out first, or distract them by luring predators into the camp. This will give you enough time to set the prisoners free!
10, 12. Defeating Mongols - Tips
Use Different Stances For Different Enemies
You will be facing different types of Mongol warriors in the fort. These include the normal enemies, and also heavily shielded ones. Make sure to switch up your stance to effectively take out the enemies!Check Out The Stances Guide Here!
With the large amount of enemies in the area, it would be best to prioritize parrying and countering. Fighting too aggressively will let other Mongols gang up on you and slowly whittle away your health!Check Out Combat Mechanics Here!
Use Resolve To Heal And Kill
Make sure to use your resolve bar depending on the situation! If you are dangerously low on health, use your resolve to heal up. If you are faced with a tough opponent, spend your resolve to deal devastating damage!Check Out The Resolve Guide Here!
