The Charm of Amaterasu is located in the Golden Summit Temple. You can go there by climbing the mountain north of Winding Tail and south of the Golden Temple. You'll trigger a cutscene at the first Torii gate there, so you'll know if you're at the right path.

The Charm Of Amaterasu regenerates your health by a Moderate amount whenever you kill enemies. This is regardless if you killed them in direct combat or if you stealthily assassinated them. This charm can save you in a pinch, so best have it early on in the game.

As you need to kill an enemy to trigger its effects, it is recommended to remove and replace the Charm of Amaterasu while dueling. As you'll be fighting a sole target, this charm only triggers after you've defeated your dueling partner, making it useless for the whole duration of the fight.
