Take The Quest At House Near Deep Forest Lake
Head to a house to the west side of Deep Forest Lake to accept this mission. The house will be marked with a white smoke signal that can be seen from far off.

When you complete A Father's Choice side quest, you'll get a minor Legend increase, a Minor Stealth Charm , and some Leather.

2. Tracking The Mongols - Tips
Keep On Foot To Track Mongol Footprints
You will need to track Mongol footprints to find where they took the captive. Travel on foot, and search for the footprint on the muddy road.
3. Clear Area Of Enemies - Tips
Settlement Heavily Fortified
The occupied housings are heavily guarded with number of Mongols around the vicinity. Try to narrow down the number of the enemies with stealth and bow shots, or either narrow down the number with Stand Off Streak. Be sure not to get overwhelmed, and watch for archer supports.
Captive Found In House
The captive can be spotted in one of the house, along with Mongol Leaders and several other enemies. You will need to secure the perimeter before being able to talk with the captive.
6. Weeping Man's Whereabouts
Hint Below The Hanged Man
Upon returning to the weeping man's house, you will find he is nowhere to be seen. Take the note from under the hanged man's body, and search near the cliff near the lake to find what became of this guilt ridden man.
