Located In Toyotama Region
Silent Death side quest is found in the Toyotama region. Search for Yuna outside the Mamushi Brothers' farm, south of Mamushi Farmstead.

Use Focused Hearing To Track Enemies
Guards and enemies will be littered across the farm. Use Focused Hearing to check their locations and keep track of their movements to avoid detection.

Kichizo Mamushi will be inside one of the first houses you'll find in the farm. Use the roof and scaffolding to assassinate him from above.
Taizo Mamushi Is In 2nd Level House
Move through the farmstead until you go through elevated ground, the house will be on a higher level than the first. Taizo Mamushi will be inside, so use the roof to assassinate him from above.
Manzo Mamushi Is In Fields
You'll find Manzo Mamushi overlooking peasants working in the grass a bit outside the farmstead. Approach him from behind to assassinate him.
Silent Death - Boss Fight Tips

This side quest does not feature a boss fight. Instead, all you need to do is to follow the mission's objectives to progress and clear the mission.
