2 Voice Over Languages
The game officially supports only 2 languages for voices: English and Japanese. You can switch between the 2 using the in-game settings and even before you start your playthrough.

Ghost of Tsushima supports subtitles with a good selection of languages to choose from. Do note that the available subtitles may vary depending on your region and where you bought the game.

Turn On Japanese Voices For Immersion
For a full cinematic presentation and immersion, you can choose to turn on the Japanese voiceovers of the game. There's no need to worry about misunderstanding the main story as you can also have English subtitles to accompany the voices.
