To start this quest, travel south from Tsutsu Planes in Toyotama region until you reach a village in the south coast. You will find Kenji there, talk to him to start the quest.

Pick Off Isolated Mongols With Listen Mode
You will face a large group of Mongols in this area, but they will be initially be unaware of your presence. Use the Listen Mode to identify an isolated Mongol from the group, and take them down one by one. Good portion of them will be busy supervising the captured villagers, try to time your move while they are distracted.
