To start this quest, travel to Umugi Cove in Toyotama region. Talk to the woman calling for her daughter on the residential area to start the quest.

Follow The River North From Umugi Cove
The Numanaka Inn, where Kuma was last seen, will be further up north from Umugi Cove. If you have yet to find any fast travel points near the area, head east until you hit a river, then travel north to find the inn.
4. Defeating Bandits - Tips
Use Stealth Takedowns
Although not as deadly as other enemy factions, Bandits will have the advantage of number in this area. Use the element of surprise to your advantage, and try to isolate and dispatch portions of the enemies at a time.
