What To Do After Beating The Game?
Restart With A Different Playstyle
It has been confirmed by the developers that there is no new game plus. Players are forced to restart a new game if they wish to reexperience Ghost of Tsushima. As you can use either stealth or fight head-on to complete tasks in the game, you can try a different approach for your second playthrough.

After completing the main story, you'll be able to go back and explore the island of Tsushima without any limits (save for some story-based locations). You can spend your time to do side quests and complete objectives for your companions.

Explore the island and unlock locations, weapons and armor. You can also enjoy the mini-games such as Bamboo Strikes & Duels. If you're more into combat, you can eliminate enemy camps and fortresses even after you have defeated the Khan.

Nothing Is Locked After Clearing
Note that the game does not lock you out of quests and exploration once you finish it. You can go back into the world of Tsushima to explore and do stuff that you've missed because of the story.

Although optional, it's highly recommended that you complete side quests before heading towards the end of the game. You can get very powerful equipment through these distractions and they may help you survive late-game challenges.

Keep an eye out for any shrines as you travel in the remote island of Tsushima. Keep an eye out for any wildlife that may lead you to any hidden shrines. Honoring enough shrines will increase the number of Omamori charms you can equip for the fight against the last boss!
