There are 11 total categories in your Z-Encyclopedia to fill out. Unlocking more items in them will give you additional rewards. Some entries will be unlocked as you play the story, while others will require you to actively seek them out!
Finish The Story
Priority #1 here should be to fully complete the game's story. Doing so will unlock a large amount of entries in the Z-Encyclopedia automatically!

Memorabilia is short picture-like collectibles that tells a short lore story, and can be found in locations of these iconic occurrences. You can find most of them while progressing the story.
Memorabilia - How To Get & AccessDo All Sub Stories Too
Your next priority should be to complete every sub-story available in the game. This will give you Emblems, items, and of course unlock many things in your Encyclopedia.

One perk of filling up your Z-Encyclopedia is that you will be able to obtain D Medals. D Medals are primarily used to unlock special abilities and make your characters stronger.
