Defeat All The Villainous Enemies
In order to unlock the secret boss in the endgame, you need to defeat all the Villainous Enemies. Open the map and look for the Villainous Enemies icon.
How To Unlock Secret BossUnlock Mira
After defeating all Villainous Enemies, King Kai will warn you about the secret boss Mira. You will go through a few fights in order to unlock him.

Some of the Villainous Enemies and the endgame boss will be at Lvl. 100. Be prepared by learning all Mastery Skills which significantly raise your power.
