Increases Your Party's Stats
The Community Board is a feature that allows you to buff and increase the passive stats of your party. There are several boards available and each one has its own unique stat buffs to offer.

Central Character Cannot Be Moved
Each Community will have a "leader" whose Soul Emblem cannot be moved! Goku is the leader of the Z Warrior Community, Chi-Chi the leader of the Cooking Community, etc.
Higher Rank = Better Bonuses
The higher the level of a Community Board, the better the stats that it can offer. Try to mix and match Soul Emblems to gain more powerful effects that can help you in battle!
Requires Soul Emblems To Rank Up
Community Boards require Soul Emblems in order to level up. The more they level up, the more bonuses they give. You need to clear quests to get Soul Emblems.

The number of collectible soul emblem is 83 while the number of slots on the all Community Boards is 96 including leader slots. This means you need to place soul emblem efficiently to achieve rank max on each boards.
How To Increase Community Board Rank - Guide
Use Soul Emblems
Soul Emblems can be inserted into Community Boards to increase their rank. The higher the Z-rank of the Soul Emblem, the faster it takes to rank up a Community Board.
Clear Quests To Get Soul Emblems
You can get Emblems to use in the community board by clearing missions and side quests offered by characters in DBZ Kakarot. Travel around to check side quests to gain more soul emblems!
Align Soul Emblems For Link Bonus
When placed next to certain Soul Emblems, other Emblems will produce a Link Bonus. Link Bonuses increase the Z-rank contribution of both Soul Emblems, making it easier to rank up a Community Board. It also allows you to view an exclusive cutscene involving both characters.
Combine Characters To Get Bonuses
By combining characters which have a certain relationship to each other, you can get a bonus. For example, by having Goku and Gohan on the same board, you can get a +2 bonus to the community level.
Increase the Proficiency Levels of the Soul Emblems
In order to increase a Soul Emblem's proficiency levels, they will need to be upgraded.
Use Gift To Increase the Proficiency Levels
You can give characters gifts to increase the proficiency and friendship levels of their Soul Emblems. Proficiency dictates how much the Soul Emblem can contribute to the overall level of a Community Board. Additionally, high friendship rewards you with useful items.
