Vegeta (Simulated) relies mainly on melee for damage, and its ranged attacks are easy to dodge. Keep your distance spam him with ranged Ki attacks, and beat him down when he comes close.

As you maintain distance, spam him with Ki attacks to charge your burst gauge and deal some damage.
Melee Him If He Comes Close
Move in for a melee beatdown on Vegeta (Simulated) after his momentum is lost when coming toward you. Finish one combo and then reestablish distance.

Your own Consecutive Energy Shot is highly effective against Vegeta (Simulated), as he does not move around too much and hovers around for a long time, allowing the Special Attack to get max damage.
Vegeta (Simulated ) Abilities
Charged Slash
A wide slashing move that will be unleashed after charging up(red Ki). Move back or defend when you see Vegeta (Simulated) is emitting red light.
Galick Gun
Fires a long beam. Keep dashing to the sides to evade it.
Mach Slash
Dashes around irregularly then comes for a slashing kick. Usually followed by a Galick Gun. Dash to the sides as he stops for the kick.
Consecutive Energy Shot
Fires off multiple Ki barrages followed with a final Large Energy Shot. Keep dashing to one side and you can evade the entire attack.
Body Smash
Dashing quickly and irregularly toward you, then smash you with a punch to the chest, stunning you. Keep dashing to avoid.
Meteor Hammer
Follow-up attack for most other melee Special Attacks, knocking you over large distance dealing great damage. Avoid being stun-locked by maintaining distance and avoiding Body Smash.
