Use Ki To Search

Once you have unlocked how to search for Ki, you can use it to highlight materials and items scattered around the field. You can also use it to easily find fruits from trees or meat from wild animals.

Get Materials From Trees

You will be able to fly around and collect fruits from trees to use as materials. Try to find wooded areas or forests to have better chances of finding these ingredients.

Hunt Wild Animals & Dinosaurs

Hunt Wild Animals

Get close to animals and press the "action" button to harvest them for ingredients. You can also take down wandering dinosaurs with a Ki Blast to take their meat. Dinosaurs do not deal any damage even when they rush towards you after being hit.

Fishing For Materials

You can also go to fishing spots to fish for some materials. Just be patient and correctly input the button prompts to successfully net a catch!

Buy Food Items From Stores

Alternatively, if you have the cash to spend, you can head over to villages or stores to resupply & buy ingredients. You can also take this time to visit a cook to make a meal out of your collected food items.
