Golem Greatbow, as the name implies, drops from a Golem with a greatbow. One of the two Golems with a greatbow is found south of Altus Plateau. The Golem doesn't respond to sound, so you can go behind it and it will not notice you.

Altus Plateau can be entered by using the Grand Lift of Dectus at the northernmost point of Liurnia. To move the Lift, you will need Two Medallions for it
