How To Get To Volcano Manor
To get the Volcano Manor, you must first reach Altus Plateau. The image above shows the route through the mountain, but you can take a shortcut if you proceed the Rya Questline.
Talk With Tanith And Select "Join Volcano Manor"
Talk to Tanith near the Site of Grace in Volcano Manor. You will be presented with a choice and if you select "Join Volcano Manor", you will be given the key to the locked room.
