Rare Drop From Cleanrot Knights
Cleanrot Spear usually have a low chance of drop from Cleanrot Knights (Swords & Spears) near the site of grace "Heart Of Aeonia" in Caelid. Its hard to tell since they appear when you get close, but there should be a few of them. We marked it on the map so you'll know which location they appear.
Defeat The Boss
In the Heart Of Aeonia site of grace, there a boss the appears General O'Neill. It is easy to drop rather than the Halo Scythe or Cleanrot Spear, but you can still beat the boss while obtaining the weapon at the same time.
There Is Also A Cleanrot Knight Wielding A Scythe In The Area
There is a Cleanrot Knight wielding a scythe in the area, but it does not drop the Cleanrot spear. However, there's a chance that it might drop the "Halo Scythe" since those are also a rare drop. So basically you'll be able to hit two birds with one stone during this grind.
