Defeat Maleigh Marais In The Shaded Castle Castellan
The NPC Maleigh Marais can be located in The Shaded Castle Castellan, which drops the weappon. It appears in the western edge of the Shaded Castle Castellan in the Altus Plateau Region, If you have already rested a the site of grave "Shaded Castle Inner Gate". You'll be close to the castle, but if you have not, best is to start in the site of grace "Altus Highway Junction"
