Ring of Health Rating

Ring of Health is recommended for Healers, Supports, and other characters with high HP. It generates a Barrier at the start of combat based on HP, which can prevent being KO'd in one hit by HP Alteration and similar effects.

Ring of Health Stats

Accessory stats increase All Attack, Defense, and HP for all Ranks. If you are equipping accessories for stats, prioritize higher Rank over higher Rarity.

Barrier-generating rings come in three types based on ATK, DEF, or Max HP — equip the one that matches your character's stats. For characters that already generate Barriers at the start of combat or have damage nullification skills, Ring of Tenacity is a better choice.

Recommended Heroes for Ring of Health

Melia, Spike, and More

The Ring of Health is especially recommended for heroes like Melia and Spike who have high HP or frequently stack HP. Legendary rings always take priority, but don't hesitate to use Rare rings when they're short.

Recommended Refining and Crafting for Ring of Health

Durability Ring Refinements Recommended

Since this ring is equipped on heroes with high HP, Ring of Tenacity — which triggers healing — pairs exceptionally well. Ring of Nature (HP Boost) and Ring of Bulwark (Block Rate Boost) are also good secondary options.

Random Conversion requires fewer materials

Fixed Conversion lets you obtain a specific ring, but requires more material rings. With Random Conversion, the ring obtained is random but requires fewer materials, so Random Conversion is recommended unless you are targeting a specific ring.

Drops from Adventure Nightmare

Accessory Rank by Area

Accessories have a chance to drop when you clear Adventure Nightmare stages. Nightmare becomes available after clearing Adventure 14-50, and the rank of dropped accessories increases as you advance through stages.

Equip a Pet with Equipment Drop Rate UP

Mog (up to 30% UP)	Doo (up to 10% UP)

Nightmare uses a 2-round format that requires 2 parties. By including Mog or Doo in one of your parties, you can boost the accessory drop rate.

Point!	Doo can be obtained through Pet Conversion. Mog and Doo's effects do not stack, so only bring one of them.

Advent Expedition Ranking Rewards

You can earn Rare Accessory Boxes from the Advent Expedition ranking rewards. Rankings are determined by the damage dealt to the God of Destruction after defeating the 4 Shadows of Destruction.

Exchange at Guild Shop

You can exchange God of Destruction Fragments (earned from Advent Expedition individual rewards) for a ★5 Rare Accessory Box. However, other rewards such as Old Four Emperors Summon Cards and Equipment Boxes are generally recommended first.

Purchase Nightmare Pass

The Premium Pass for Nightmare Pass IV and V also includes ★4 Legendary Accessory Boxes and ★6 Uncommon Accessory Selection Boxes. The other rewards are also generous, so purchasing it is recommended if you don't mind spending.
