Ring of Horror can inflict Blind on Basic Attacks with a chance, but it has lower priority among status effect rings. It is an option if you are short on rings, but other rings are generally recommended.

Fixed Conversion lets you obtain a specific ring, but requires more material rings. With Random Conversion, the ring obtained is random but requires fewer materials, so Random Conversion is recommended unless you are targeting a specific ring.
