During Yura's quest line, he will ask you for help in defeating the Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assasin. Examine the red Summon Sign near the Main Academy Gate to invade his world wherein you can fight the Ravenmount Assassin. Once defeated and you return to your world, you will receive the Ash of War. You will need an Academy Glintstone Key to get to this area.
