The Noble's Slender Sword can be looted off Straight Sword-wielding Wandering Noble Ashes at various locations. It's a rare drop though.
Route To The Schoolhouse Classroom
The Wandering Noble Ashes with the Straight Swords can be found in the Raya Lucaria Academy. The Site of Grace is close by so you can keep farming them without needing to go through the map. If you can kill them all in one shot, you can kill 9 Noble Ashes in about 20 seconds per round.
