The Giant Crusher can be obtained from a treasure chest inside a travelling carriage which is located south of the Outer Wall Phantom Tree site of grace. However, it will be heavily guarded, we recommend that you get the item as soon as possible and make a run for it. As long as you were able to retrieve it, it will stay in your inventory even if you get killed.
