Location Of Ailing Village
Head Northwest From Castle Morne Rampart
The Ailing Village is located in Limgrave's Weeping Peninsula, northwest of Castle Morne Rampart. It is not possible to head straight ahead due to the cliffs, so go around them along the wall.

- First, Go Along The Wall
- Go Right Once You See The Hut
- Follow The Path
- Enter The Hut On The Left
- Obtain Flame Crest Wooden Shield From The Corpse
From the Site of Grace in Castle Morne Rampart, go along the wall as shown in the image.
Proceed along the wall and you will see a hut on the left. You will find a Yellow Ember near the hut so make sure to grab it before heading right.
After turning right at the hut, follow the road to the village. There will be rat enemies along the way, but do not mind them.
When you arrive at the Ailing Village, enter the hut on the left.
After obtaining the Flame Crest Wooden Shield from the corpse, ignore the enemy minions and leave the Ailing Village.
