Frenzied Flame Village is located south of the Grand Lift Of Dectus, and you can reach the Church Of Inhibition by climbing the hills through there. Once you've reached the Church, you'll be invaded by Festering Fingerprint Vyke and you'll get the Madness status during the fght. Once you've defeated him, you'll obtain the weapon.
