Defeat Bloody Finger Okina At The Church of Repose
You can obtain the Rivers of Blood by Defeating Bloody Finger Okina who invades the Church of Repose in the Mountaintops of the Giants, once you've set your foot to the place. Note that Bloody Finger Okina will not appear not until you've defeated the Fire Giant, so make sure to defeat the Fire Giant first.
