East Windmill Pasture Location
The East Windmill Farm is located on the norther side of the Altus Plateau region. It is close to a nearby site of grace "Road Of Iniquity Side Path", since this is in the lower level, it's necessary to go around it as shown in the image.
There are two types of enemies in the area, that one that moves with dexterity and the ones that are on fire which they explode, so be cautious when going to the area. To get around this, deal with the ones on fire then go to the location of the weapon.
