Located In A Carriage Travelling To The Road Of Iniquity
On the Altus Plateau region, a carriage travelling to the Road Of Iniquity. The carriage itself is easily spotted as it is being dragged by two giant troll. Since the travelling carriage is surrounded by enemies, we recommend by taking the weapon from the chest and making a quick getaway or carefully sneak up on them and kill them one by one.
