The Flowing Curved Sword can be obtained from a chest of a travelling carriage in the southwest of the site of grace "Inner Consecrated Snowfield" in the Mountaintop of the Giants. If you can't open the chest, defeat the two trolls first.

Reach The Mountaintops Of The Giants
To get to the Consecrated Snowfield, you must first cross the Altus Plateau and reach the Mountaintops of the Giants. If you have not reached the Mountaintops of the Giants, continue on with the story.
The Haligtree Secret Medallion Is Required

The Consecrated Snowfield cannot be reached from the other Mountaintops of the Giants areas. You will need to find the two hidden Secret Medallions and use another route from the Lift.
