The Root of the Storm, Struck Down by Heaven is a Story Event where you will be able to explore a new story for newly released heroes. Upon clearing the Story and Challenge stages, you will be able to obtain event currencies that can be used in the Event Shop.

How to Unlock Story Events?
Clear Adventure Stage 4-20 to Unlock
Progressing in Adventure unlocks new in-game features, including the Story Event. To access the Root of the Storm, Struck Down by Heaven story event, you must reach and clear Adventure Stage 4-20.
