The Glaive are dropped by Graveyard Skeletons in the Caelid region. They usually appear near the site of grace "Sellia Backstreets" and other locations. Do take note that once the HP has been depleted it can still come back to life if not dealt with the final hit once its down.

Once you've reached it, head down a cliff from the site of grace Fort Faroth to the location which has an air current, once you've released the site of grace, just do some grinds back and forth by resting.
